What does it mean when it says "Unable to get current song information" song after song on Launchcast Plus?

It continues to say "Unable to get current song information" and I do not know how to fix it where I can see the information so I can rate songs..........Very sad.

Have you tried clicking on recently played on your main LAUCHCAST radio station page? It might say what the artist and song is there as well as allowing you to rate it.
