I totally think America got it wrong Antonella and Sanjaya should have gone hoem last night!!... there horrible!... Did anyone see Antonella's face when Ryan told her she was still in???... Even she was shocked!!!.....

First I want to say that I am pretty dissapointed in American Idol this year. There is no diversity. Everyone is pretty much the same. I know last year I looked forward every week to see what Chris Daughtry would do or even Bucky Covington for that matter because they were different. It was interesting to see how people who are "stuck" in one genre can do other genre's.
Anyway, I did want to Antonella to go home. She was terrible!! I thought for sure it would be Antonella and Alaina. For the guys I thought it would be Rudy for sure. Not because he was the worst but just because I don't think he has that "it" factor. For me all of the guys were not too great. I thought that Blake and Phil were the best though.
I did think the girls were much better but for sure Alaina and Antonella were the worst. The two girls that did end up going home did well but I really didn't think they would make it to the final 12 either. I hope Antonella goes home next week. I just do not like her personality and haven't since the beginning. I think she is a fake.

I thought Sanjaya was a done deal too....I think some fans like him because of his personality even though he's not as strong as the other contestants.
Rudy was the right choice-no discussion needed
I didn't think Paul would last too long but I would've thought he'd make to the final cut before the top 12.
I think alot of people are pulling for Antonella because they want to show up her snotty best friend...at least that's why I would like to see her do well---although I didn't vote for her.

I agree on Antonella. She did horribly. But Sanjaya, I'm a fan. It's too early to just say he had an off night but nerves were definitely a factor.

I definitely agree - I thought for sure Antonella and Alaina would be the two girls and Sanjaya and Sundance would be the boys.
Complete disappointment in Antonella being around for another week!

I agree, they both didn't sing very well at all and both songs were boring. The problem is a lot of people don't vote for the person's singing voice. They're voting family, friend and even who is the cutest or prettiest. It's a singing competetion not a popularity or beauty competetion. Antonella should have been one of the girls going home if people voted on singing. And it's not really fair to the people who can sing and wind up getting voted off.

I totally agree with you on Sanjaya and Antonella. I think they will go next week though, (I hope so anyway).

I totally agree. I hope they dong make it to the final 12. They both suck and to think that Sanjaya was in the top 4 is just shocking to me!! Thats just ridiculous!! I hope they go home. I dont care that Antonella is pretty at all... There are alot of pretty girls there that can sing so she needs to go!!

i do not imagine them all sucked. Chris & Blake were the acceptable from the adult men. Melinda & Lakeisha were the finest of the ladies. i did not love very last nighttime's subject or the actual shown truth that J.Lo became giving out suggestion on the thanks to communicate spanish or sing - extraordinarily because she's no longer an authority on both. The songs that were chosen weren't appropriate notwithstanding the subject became proscribing.

yeah there should be a top 5, because she was horrible the other night. yeah i did see her face. she was relieved afterwords though.
