This is an oldie but goodie. John Denver's Annie's Theme. Beautiful lyrics and nice tune. Actually alot of John Denver's tunes are beautiful but not exactly in anymore.

"Hey there Delilah" - Plain White T's
A favorite of mine. The lyrics are a little amateur for lack of a better word. But it's cute and touching. It always makes me smile.

i like Gloomy Winter. i believe it was written by robert burns, a famous scottish poet. i alos like Banks and Braes, but that one is kinda sad....there's also i wish my love was a red red rose!! that's another traditional song! i liek since you and i were true ...it's composed by John Spillane....but i like folk music a lot, so i'm probably not very helpful...sorry!

Jack Johnson has some good stuff. And don't underestimate country music, either.
