The unbelievably sad stories that happen to an innocent and vulnerable child, no matter what colour, culture or country.
I makes my heart bleed to think of the terrible thing some children suffer, when they are unable to protect themselves, even against their own parents.
The worse, a picture in a newspaper of a new born baby girl laying, naked & abandoned in the gutter in Beijing, that will stay with me till the day I die.

ever had that one last slice of bread left and there's nothing else in the cupboards so you decide to toast it and it burns but not just a little so that you can scrape it off but smoking burnt and black as a piece of coal and you were already salivating over the taste of it but the only place for it is that receptical otherwise known as a bin - now that really upsets me

Phoning up my broad band people technical services to ask a serious question which I know is going to take A long time to answer. Then be met with some foreigner who not only does not under stand my question mumbles when he answers, and I am paying 50p per minute, This relay burns my Lizard !! how does one complain and to who can any of you realy wise people tell me pretty please?
