This is for my science fair project. My teacher said make a data table for the ingredients used for Tulips. Ingredients were sugar, water, flower food, and sparkling water.

There are lots of different formulations for fertilizer.

A data table reports results. That is what happened or what you measured in the experiment.
Maybe you weighed the tulip or maybe you measured how big it was or when it first opened up. Without knowing what you did, its hard to know what to tell you.
Lets say that sugar is A, fertilizer is B, water is C and sparklin h2o is D.
Lets say you gave them the following: AC, AD, BC, BD and you measured height (H) and root depth (R). (Just to make up an example - you probably did something different)
your table would be:

.....___C___|__D___|__C____|____D____
H........21..........32 ........35...............43
R........3............2............5.................7
(results in inches)
