I guess she was drunk or something. I read in teenpeople.com that she just walked out of rehab and sent a wild weekend and ended it by shaving her head

The news said "Possibly" a cry for help. I though that was sort of strange, since the hair dresser refused to shave her head, and she took the sheers and did it herself.

She did it because she "could." You know, being famous and
all; plus her head looks cool shaved, unlike a lot of people's
heads. (A lot of people have pumpkin-like heads, or misshapen
heads.) Now she can grow out a cool short haircut.
