National Health care or Universal health care is needed sorely in this country. curently 47 million people are without affordable access to health care and that is just wrong for any country to care so little about its people. I think in the long run it will cut the cost of heath care for everyone. There are many reasons for this, One is the CEO of GM has said that $1500 of every new car sold goes to the cost of health care for its employees, we pay that as a hidden tax. He went on to say that it was difficult for them to compete in an global market with that kind of cost to countrys that have U.H.C. for its people. I would assume that this also extends to other industrys and is one of the major reasons we are losing jobs off shore.
