Studies have shown that the best position is missionary--man on top. This helps ensure that the semen is deposited high in the vagnia next to the cervix. As far as the best time--figure out when next period is due and count back 16 days and start having intercourse every day or every other day. She should lie still for 20-30min. afterwards with hips elevated. Also, don't use any lube.

Position isn't the biggest issue. Make sure that you are only having sex every other day, not constantly, so sperm count can be high. Avoid extended foreplay, and don't rush it. Rushing it can cause anticipation anxiety, and if that is enough to make conceiving hard, that adds additional stress. Relax. Enjoy.

Wait until she has here period and count from day 1 of her period until you get to the 14th day. Shes off her period and ready to make that baby!!!Oh yeah and the best position would have to be doggy style.
