Yes it does! My roomate was on it for a while though, and she gained like 40 lbs... You just have to find the method that fits you like a glove... all women are different and need different hormones to help them... Good Luck

My friend has been using it for 2 yrs now and hasn't gotten pregnant yet. So I would say yes!
