i've heard that they were thinking about making a live action but with the girl from sabrina the teenage witch......but that was about 8yrs ago.

they didn't change any characters, there's not any difference in the american version and the japenese version story wise, the only thing is is that they edited stuff out because it was either to violent for American children or the show was to long because american tv has more commercials and less show time than japenese tv does the reason they didn't dub season 5 was because the season was to violent for american children to watch, since the show was actually meant for teenagers in japan, and they couldn't edit the violence out because there was to much of it and the show would only be about 10 minutes long or it wouldn't make since so they just chose not to dub it but it's deilfinetly worth watching, if you've watched all of the other seasons of the show
