2)Do saimese twins (the kind with two abdomins conjoined at the waiste and shared legs) have two souls?

I think they do, after all, the body is just the vehicle for a soul to travel in the physical world. And conjoined twins are two different people, two separate souls.

Just because it is not cultivated inside the mother... Makes no difference. The "magic" is still there.
