the riff raff next have been letting off fireworks non-stop for the past 3 days.

the next time they are out side go in to your garden and start talking to a tree and just talk random crap to it
when the divs look at you say to the tree shhh they are looking
keep doing it every time they go out there
they will think you are mental and they will stop doing it if not say bang before the fireworks go bang
or you could hide against the wall with some water and then when they aint looking throw it over the fireworks and run in doors.

I would probably think that they were celebrating the Chinese New Year.

In the UK you would either report it to the police or your Town Hall would help. Keep a log of every incident.
