why? .....my psp version is 3.11.I downloaded this version from www.us.playstation.com.
someone has 3.03 version and he plays atari games on his psp.
plz help me.......tell me how can I make my emulators work on my psp?

your stuck with it for now because you upgraded to psp 3.11 the Atari emulator is not compatible. The only way to play it is if you downgrade from 3.11 but since it's new no one has created a downgrade for it so you have to wait

i do no longer think of this is a threat, sorry. And final I knew, the ps2 emulator replaced into far from finished, hell even the previous psx emulator has considerable equipment defects on some video games. do no longer pay attention to the guy who says it fairly is unlawful nonetheless. Do it for the pirates! Oh and The Lulz!!!

His PSP is homebrew enabled. That's why he can run emulators.

On the other hand, your's not. Not only that, since you have 3.11, there is no way for you to make your PSP homebrew enabled.
