1st thing is you need to make sure all the fiberglass is out of your skin. The ultra fine fibers inbed themselves shallowly in your skin. Sometimes doing that alone will releive the itch.
Using a Masking Taped; place sticky side on to skin, gentley press it on, then pull tape off. The fiber glass will be pulled out of you skin.
The nay good anti -itch cream should help. Try things like aloe to for healing.

Try not to be exposed, Shower with COLD water to prevent it from getting further into your skin where it will be more of a problem. Possibly cold to wash it off hot to open the pours to help flush out what may be in them then cold again to close the pours back up like when one deals with pimples.
The health food store would be able to suggest the best product to be expelling it from your system.
