Unless they are 100% cotton pre-shrunk, wash in hot water and dry on high for longest time your dryer will set for.

Wash them in hot water and then put them in the dryer at high temp setting. Repeat until desired size. They should shrink after two washings and dryings.

Washing in hot then putting in the dryer is the best way. But if it is "pre-shrunk" then it wont work. I have tried but "pre-shrunk" shirts wont shrink for me.

Wash them regularly in warm or cold water and them dry them on high heat. If that doesn't shrink them enough, wash them in hot water and dry them on high heat. Repeat as necessary. If you do hot water/high heat first time around they might shrink too much.

Just put them in your washing machine and make them boil but make sure that your washing machine is not overfilled cause they have to be covered with water (otherwise you can make them boil in a sauce pan)

Check first for the colour, if dark: forget it! They'll fade! (I mean dark like dark blue, black, purple, dark green) Red would turn a bit strange (darker) but usually, it comes back normal when it dries.

What about......Getting a little bet fat?
It's another solution (another cookie and a non-diet soda maybe?).

Good luck.

I found that eating pasta three times a week had the effect of shrinking my clothes one size in only a few weeks.
Try that....

nicely basically wash them the conventional way and then dry them until eventually they're thoroughly dry and that they'll cut back slowly and now and back swifter it relies upon on the fabric whether that is a hundred& cotton now and back it is going to cut back slowly besides the incontrovertible fact that it is going to cut back.
