DWB Driving white black. Harassment , discrimination and fines. There is also DWB Driving While Brown for our Latino brothers and sisters. Most black people are being stop by a police mostly white police officers simply because we are black. We are most likely to get a ticket or young black males for drug search etc. The police believe most young Hispanic and black males are drug dealers. Sometime a black person can get pull over for driving a nice expensive car. Most of the time it's because you are a black driver. I have heard numerous of white girl/women and some white men say they got stop by a cop for speeding but didn't get a ticket. As a black women I was never able to talk my way out of a ticket. It is not because I am not pretty either. It is simply because my skin is black. It is more likely than not a black person would get a ticket or stop by the police. We can't talk our way out of a ticket. We are all ready considered guilty because our skin is black. We can't change our skin to white. It's a form a racial profiling because most police think black people commit more crimes. What most black people want is the be treated equal and fair.

i could be stricken by potential of this if i presumed it replaced into important. it fairly is not, suitable now. Globalization and mechanization. Mechanization makes exertions out of date. Globalization makes American workers compete with digital slave exertions in Asia --> we are uncompetitive --> our advantages/wages ought to flow down if we'd desire to compete. Or we in simple terms provide up in in spite of industries are being outsourced (that's what we've performed). those are the actual issues. i'm going to problem relating to the minute effect of using down wages that unlawful exertions has whilst we've addressed a thank you to flow approximately fixing our aggressive concern and innovating new jobs.

I have this friend who isn't African but east Indian, and isn't black but rather brown......even so, she got a speeding ticket for going 35 in a 45 zone while it was raining. 45 was MAXIMUM, not MINIMUM limit!!!
The court clerk had never seen such a ticket in her life, she just stared at it and asked, "WTF?" My friend has got a date now to see a judge about it.
I told her to sue the pig's azz but I don't know if she will...
On the other hand, the darkest person I've met (whom I also happen to have a huge crush on) is a Muslim girl from Somalia, and got pulled over for going like 5 over or something ridiculous. Officer accused her of being drunk, but she had been annoyed and in a hurry even BEFORE, and she just got pissed at him. She's like, "Why would you ever think I'm drinking? I'm a Muslim, of course I never drink! I know I was going 5 over but I was getting passed on both sides; now are you going to give me a ticket or not?"
So he just let her go =)

it depends on the neighborhood ur in. if the cops can see ur black then, you'll get pulled over and get a ticket. if they go above that, its way over the line. but being stopped for being black is also going over the line.
u can ask michael jackson for a response and ask him abt life after being "white"
sory if my response seemed racist, i dont intend to be.

the penalty is that the chances are that if you are unlucky enough to be pulled up by the police then there is a reasonable likelihood that you will be pre-judged.

You might get pulled over. They might "think" you have a gun when you are reaching to get your wallet because they have asked for your ID and they shot you 25 times.

Personally, nothing. I PERSONALLY haven't run into racial profiling and I live in a white suburb. Sure, i've been pulled over before but it was because I ran a red light and speeding on another occasion. In both situations, the officers (who were white), let me go.
