I have already asked this question but got crappy answers... So, What sounds good for lunch like fast food or dine in..( EG. Olive Garden, McDonalds, Red Robin, Subway....)

I love Back Yard Burgers. They have a great selection of not only burgers (which are the best, in my opinion) but chicken sandwiches, too (I like the Hawaiian chicken). I recommend getting the classic Back Yard Burger no onions with waffle fries. Another place I really like is Olive Garden. A great lunch (and low-fat, too) is the soup salad and breadstick combo. Get the minestrone soup for the low-fat option with a glass of lemon water or tea.

If you are calorie counting (or have friends that are) Olive Garden has the best diet friendly choices. If you just want to have fun and a nice juicy burger with endless fries Red Robin.

Olive Garden's soup and salad. Cheap, fills you up, and delicious.
Fast food: Subway or other sub shop that lets you choose what goes on it. This is great for people watching their diet.

olive garden is bomb for soup salad & breadsticks.... but red robin has the BEST burgers

Def. olive Gardens soup, salad, or pasta. they are all really good and you have alot of choices on the menu.

Red Robin has a WONDERFUL grilled salmon filet burger...not breaded or fried....yum.
