when you are listing the aution and it comes time for the pics. you need to know where the pics are located. then hit browse go there and click on the picture or hit upload

The pictures that the ebay page uses are not on your computer. You have to have your pictures saved on a web server. I think ebay will let you store one pic for free, but any others you'll need to store on either a photo site, or a free web page site works as well (like yahoo/geocities.) Then when you insert the pictures, reference the location of the picture where ever they are stored.

2 ways. Cheapest is to upload to a photo host like photobucket.com. Then link to them from you eBay ad.
Second way is to upload to ebay directly. They charge a small hosting fee for each picture after the first one.
