they always take taxes out, but at the end of the year, if you make less than all of your deductions add up to, you'll get it all back.

If you are considered an "employee" and not as an independent contractor, the answer is, believe it or not............................... $ 1.00.

Social Security and Medicare tax are the first taxes that are taken out of your paycheck. Then comes Federal Withholding (depending on the number of exemptions you claim on your W-4, and/or you report yourself as a student, and/or that you are a dependent of another, you might not have any Federal Withholding.

Otherwise, refer to Circular E (irs.gov) for the Federal Withholding charts.
