you could basically wear any color top personally i would wear purple or a deep blue. you could also wear a plain colored T but spice it up with some chunky jewelry and bangles. a oversized sweater could work depending on your body type. 4 shoes you cant go wrong with some baby doll flats,, a good pair of pumps, or some boots!
there are sooooooo many options just be creative and pick a style that suits you!
