Hey Limewire Users,
I want to download limewire. When i open up limewire.com, the screen comes up and says GET IT NOW!! Is that the pro version that you have to pay? Or is it the free one? I just got an iPod and want to download some songs. Thanks for your help!!

DONT USE LIMEWIRE!!!!!!!!!
its so crappy and lame... and old... i had to switch to it b/c my computer wiped out bearshare...
BEARSHARE is what you want: www.bearshare.com
its sooo much proficient and organized.. trust me!!

hey you doing the same thing as i am only my ipod is getting shipped down from america and hasn't gotten here yet. i've been downloading like crazy for it.
no that's the free one. the pro you have to pay for. but...
*just a little secret* you can download limewire pro for free from limewire basic(the free one). when you fnish downloading limewire on the left side of the window in the search pane click programs and enter limewire pro. but you have to be careful bcuz some of them have trojans and stuff like that. don't choose ANY of the exe. files those ALMOST ALWAYS have viruses. the one i hav is a zip file and i scanned it it doesn't have any viruses or anything. well partially people call it stealing, but it's really 'sharing' in my opinion(wink,wink.)

P.S. yes the websites are free but any form of downloading is illegal. not unless you use thepro versions of them that you pay for. that's kinda the reason why Weird Al made that song "Don't Download this song" because you're not supposed to. but hey, i don't live in america where music isn't so expensive and my parents aren't going to give me their credit card to download music!

Get Shareaza, it's easier and has more sources to download from since it uses both Gnutella networks (Limewire only uses one last I saw), and EDonkey.

go to www.softwarearchives.com and type limewire and download it.
i think you should register that site to download.coz that site is good it may be usefull in the future to you.
