I wonder if there is a Disneyland in Malaysia, how will it be? I heard that Walt Disney company was gonna build a Disneyland in Malaysia, but later I heard that it was canceled and Walt Disney company said that it's impossible to build a Disneyland in such this country. And they said they will build it in Singapore instead of Malaysia if they really planned to do it. Am I right? I just heard someone ( I even can't remember who or where did I get this ) said it. If you know something about this, please let me know. Answer me. I appreciate that.

I'm unsure if Walt Disney will set up a DisneyLand in Malaysia and I also never heard of this news before. However, last year or so, there are indeed rumours spreading around that Walt Disney is thinking of building a DisneyLand in Singapore and was reported previously. But till now, Singapore has yet to confirm or reveal whether there will be a DisneyLand in Singapore or not. All I know is Singapore's government is on negotiable terms with Walt Disney some time back.

Tokyo has Disneyland. And Hongkong too. And Singapore will have Sentosa Integrated Resorts by year 2010.
I can't see Walt Disney seriously considering building its theme park in Malaysia, do you?

Malaysia to Singapore? Well, if the Americans indeed HAD a choice, why in the world would they choose Malaysia to Singapore? There's no Disneyland in Malaysia, perhaps they are probably aspiring some sort of Arabland someday. You might have heard the opposite :-)

For one who claims to be an American and one who is so worried about Malaysians NOT being able to speak English... I find this 'question' odd; and your interest in Malaysia superficial. It is as though you are attempting to disseminate innuendos - can't call it information: "i wonder", "i just heard", "i can't remember"... all sounds more like coffee-shop gossip - to cast and paint Malaysia negatively.
By the way real Americans, the educated kind, do not shred the English language to pieces like you do. And, you have also violated Yahoo guidelines - chatting!

yes, u are right.. it was once reported that a disneyland will be built in south johor, but later walt disney cleared the doubt that the news was true. you may want to read the following news link..

i think its no need too, coz there's one already in japan, why do they need so many of disney world up here. There's one in brunei, japan and hongkong.
