Just curious. Please don't hate me for asking.

Romney, excuse me.

I am not a democrat or a republican, please don't think I'm fighting for either side. If he doesn't make it, I want Obama to win.

I am a democrat, but would consider voting for him. I really want Obama to win, but his biggest obstacle will be getting past Hillary's name.

Right now I'm leaning towards Hillary. However, I intend to stay abreast of the candidates & their issues before making up my mind, there's still plenty of time to decide.

Re: Mitt Romney:

PROS: Romney is against abortion & opposes same sex-marriage, and he's been agressive in courting the christian right. He's consulted with Falwell & Franklin Graham & is scheduled to deliver the graduation address at robertson's Regent University this spring.

CONS:Evangelicals are skeptical of Romney's Mormon faith, but it's his alleged flip-flops that could really hurt. In his 1994 Senate & 2002 gubernatorial bids, Romney supported abortion rights & gay rights, positions he reversed as he prepared for a White House run. Last week Sam Brownback's campaign questioned his credibility.

No, he is a flip-flopper who doesn't have any strong convictions. Romney said he will protect abortion yet he backed out on his promise when he banned a bill to allow morning-after pill to be given to rape victims. But the legislature overrode his veto. In 1994, he said he was going to be more pro-gay rights than Ted Kennedy! Now he says he is against gay marriage and civil unions but will prefer unions instead of marriage. How pro-gay rights is that? Now he has become a right-winger and has been pandering to evangelicals as much as he was pandering to NARAL in 2002. You can't trust him.

I REALLY hope he wins the Republican nomination. This country DESPERATELY needs another President with STRONG moral character/values. He also has an outstanding voting record. BTW...anyone who would hate you simply for asking is a fool.
