If you eat it every single day - then you probably will take some extra weight, stomach problems, and spots.
Once in a while - no probs. ;)

Yes, if only you knew what they made their food out of. For instance, the meat that fast food places will use is usually over processed and is by then, very bad for you. Even the 100% real white meat or beef still is awful because of the things they have done to it. You would be MUCH better off if you were to buy your own 100% beef at your local grocery store. Also, for salads, the meat they use is, like I said, very bad. I bet you didn't know, but they soak their lettuce in sugar too, so it really adds an UNnatural flavor to it. If you go and buy a head of lettuce at the store, then that is natural. I hardly ever eat fast food. I find myself very healthy and when I do eat it, it makes me feel sick. You should get in the habbit of making home-cooked meals every day. Trust me, your body will LOVE it! Hope this is a help~

Maybe it's time you took a good look at what you are really eating. No, that's not a good thing to do, you would be quite upset it you really looked at what you were eating, so let me put it this way, maybe it's time to reevaluate your dietary practices. I sort of gather that you are probably still young and if you change now you have a chance of saving your heart, and not dying of a heart attack at an early age. You are probably thinking that it can't happen to you, but your arteries start cloging up pretty early in life. Fast food is made with the worst possible types of oils. That is only to start with, they use the lowest possible grade of meat, and the buns are made of pure processed white bread with no nutrition value at all. If you were to order a meal of a double mac (whatever they are called sorry not a fan) or big whopper, side of fries, and coke, in that one meal you would be getting more calories in that one meal then you should be having in one day. Is that the way you really want to live. Try eating a real hamberger once in a while, and try adding something green, not mold.

yes it is...everyone knows that
but some people have very high metabolisms, like me
I'd been eating food from Mc Donalds every since I was little(my mom did cook at home but I was an only child so she found it easier to just pick up stuff for me to eat and she just only cooked meals for my father and her at home, and so we're clear, I know that since we were only 3 that should be pretty small and easy to make meals for a family of that size but my father is polynesian and could eat at least one meal that should've been for a family of 10) So I'd get every meal from fast food, breakfast lunch and dinner, and it wasn't always mc donalds, sometimes it was pizza hut, burger king...etc So even though all I ever had was fast food I'm still, at age 28, 5'8" and 115lbs and I've even had 3 pregnancies with my children ranging in age from 3 to the youngest being 1yr old right now.

Yes. It is very bad for you....even the salads at fast food restaurants aren't all that great for you. You would actually save money if you went to the grocery store and bought food there instead of eating out everyday.

by eating fast food everyday, that is bad for you. there is a lot of transfat/other chemicals that are in that food. if u eat it once a week or once every other week, that is normal for you. however, eating it everyday, is very unhealthy. there are some healthy alternatives when it comes to fast food or take out. chinese is healthy if u get steamed chicken w/ vegetables or steamed vegetable dumplings. also, many fast food places, including mcdonalds and wendys serve fruit with yougurt or different types of delicious salads.

yes. nearly everything on the menu is awful. Chicken nugets are reconstituted chicken held together my stabilizers. The soda causes an increased risk of bone fractures and osteoporosis the buns are bleached and refined to take away any nutrition. Hamburgers contain pesticides. And many people die each year from diseases found in fast food such as mad cow and e.coli. Everything at McDonalds contians artificial flavoring. good luck.

Uhhh.... yeah. Haven't you watched or heard about Super Size Me?
Anyways, it wasn't a totally scientific study/movie but they found that continuously eating fast food messes with your liver, your blood pressure goes up, you gain weight, your colesterol also rises significantly.
I suppose if you're careful about it and make good choices about what type of fast food you're going to eat, that's it's ok to eat it everyday. But be careful. You can find more advice on how to eat healthy when eating fast food here: http://www.ehow.com/how_108891_buy-healthy-fast.html. Lots of luck!

It is not as bad for you now as it used to be. It might be greasy, but a lot of fast food places (Wendy's being one of them) are switching to oil that is free of Trans-fat, which leads to heart disease. I work for Mc Donald's and they are trying different oils that are trans-fat free that do not change the taste of the french fries too much. The grilled chicken is the best thing for you at Mc Donalds. It is cooked on the grill, with just a little bit of a trans-fat free butter spray, but not drenched.

Not only are they bad for you, they are disgusting! Nothing but preservative/sodium filled pieces of fat that is passed off for burgers. Spend the time to prepare something homemade for yourself. Your body will thank you for it. If you are not a good cook, i suggest watching Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals on Food Network. All her things are pretty simple to make and very good. Plus it will be good for you since you know exactly what you are consuming.
