well i have a very unique way to escape i stay alone in my room turn off all phones and calm down then i let my imagination take me to any place i want i try to live the life of my dreams i play a video in my mind and put my self in it where every thing in going perfectly with my live to sum up day dreaming is ur way out of this cruel world at least to enjoy life for minuits
