She is the hotness........ I mean the blonde one, not the annoying whiny one who one wonders who she slept with to get the role, as she adds no aesthetic value to the show.

I like her too. Traylor Howard is her name and she was in Me, Myself and Irene with Jim Carery and is now a regular on Monk on USA Network. Great slim build and nice face
