You cant really firm the actual breast tissue because it's made mostly of fat. The only thing I can suggest is to do regular chest building excercises like guys do, but that will only build the muscle underneath, not the breast tissue itself.

YOGA !!!!! I have been doing this 3 days a week for a bout 6 weeks now not only does it tone u breasts up but the rest of u too and its easy to do and i just paid 8.99 for a Yogalates video from Boots, Voila!!!!

wear a good supportive bra and ensure that your wearing the right size, get yourself measured just to be sure. Do regualr exercise likes press ups to keep the breast muscles tight. Dove firming cream is also good, my wife swears my it and I love her breasts. good luck

Its a difficult area to tone up really, as it is just fatty tissue.You could try toning exercises, push ups etc, and maybe a firming cream might help too.

Put your hands together (in a prayer position) and do lots of press togethers, little and often, this should firm em up!

Massage upward daily,gently and softly but firm.You can do it yorself or by your friend,but the massage should not lead to bed .Use only correct size BRA always.

I recommend a vigorous massage of each breast for ten minutes each day paying particular attention to the nipple/aerola areas.
