they boosted there gamerscore by downloading the achievements off of other people that beat the games.
like 2 weeks ago i saw a guy that had all the achievements for crackdown which came out this tuesday.

Yes curtain games have holes in them that allow you to cheat and still get achievements. For instance if you have 2k7 basketball titles you can adjust the game sliders to make your team 100% in shooting and stealing the ball etc etc. Go to achieve360points.com, you will get all the information on the games your looking for. Such as the list of achievements for all games and forums of that game were you can get help with achievements. They will also tell you if there is glitches in the game that make getting curtain achievements easier. But in all honesty you should just try to get the achievements legitimately.
