I've never heard of that anywhere I've lived, so I guess it must be a Scottish thing. In any event, lol, the cost of getting married these days being what it is, I think most people feel a need to conserve every penny they can, and just let other folks throw rice.

ummm In California you wont see any new couple wasting money...even pennies geesh a 2 bedroom house is going to run you about 350k and that is.....cheap

I have not heard of that one......but you could throw some bird seed and put the pennies in your savings account.... :)

awww, stich your so cute, well ive never heard of that b4, i know we used to throw rice, but cant anymore cause the birds will eat and probably choke on it. So the safe thing to do is blow bubbles, i want bubbles !!! :o)
