my pc doesnt beep and no display. the cpu,monitor and agp card works for sure the MB beeps when any removed?

my mother board beeps if the important parts removed and when iturn the computer on aslight sounds (as astatic electricity sound) is heard asurly now that my monitor ,CPU,Jumpers setting ,and vediocard,is working properly
i use
asrock motherboard
intel,celeron CPU 2400GHz
512 DDR RAM
nVIDEA Geforce 5200 FX VedioCard

I have avedio card built in
I did not install any new hardware
it just happens

Did you try installing any hardware? Or did it just start doing this? Do you also have a onboard video card? What all hardware has been removed.
