Columbia in the USA. U of Arizona used to be good before Mecha took over.
However, journalism is one of those subjects that really shouldn't be taught at university.
There's a simple format for telling a news story, which differs between newspapers anyway. I'd suggest a degree in the field on which you wish to report (such as middle eastern studies) to get a background, or perhaps an English degree.
