124 is above average and enough to fly airplanes if that's what you're asking. 100 is the average (and it's actually adjusted so a 100 today isn't the same as a 100 a few decades ago).

on line IQ tests or quizzes are below no circumstances precise, so your IQ is in all risk extra advantageous or shrink and the internet tests are there to solicit or to propose egotism. the only thank you to get an precise IQ is to be examined by a psychologist. those tests many instances fee $200. Plus age isn't area of proportionality to the IQ score. An IQ score of 124 is firmly above primary for any age, yet do no longer forget that's no longer any extra precise.

150+ is considered by most to be genius level. 90 or less is considered lower than average. You're in the middle, so you should be able to accomplish anything you set your mind to. As can anyone else, even with IQ tests that indicate less than 90 IQ. I have a sister that was tested at under 90 and she's been a successful professional for many years.

It's probably a Stanford-Binet test, so an IQ 124 means that you're smarter than 85 out of 100 people. Check the link on IQ percentile.

What it does mean that when you're flying a plane carrying 300 passengers, about 40 of them will be measurably smarter than you. And you're the one flying the plane.

Tickle by e-mode is a very good on line IQ test. I do admissions testing for Mensa and that is one of the tests I recommend as practice for prospects to take. 124 is very good, you might consider contacting Mensa in your area to take the admissions test, there is a good chance you will score high enough to join. (It was my score on that test that gave me the screen name I use.) A short note, no IQ test is valid unless it is proctored in person by a trained examiner.

As for being an airline pilot you will need to go to flight school for that (or get trained as a military pilot.) The FAA requirements are more physical than IQ oriented. Drug testing is constant, and physical exams are annual (my doctor spends a whole day each week on FAA physicals.)

By the way your age has nothing to do with your IQ, you have the same IQ your entire life (there are IQ tests for children as young as 2.) The youngest member of Mensa right now is only 4 years old.

Your age does not matter, your IQ stays the same unless you are severely injured. It is measured on a standard deviation (sine wave). you are smarter than approximately 96-97% of the people in the world
PS My IQ was measured at 180+ in the third grade

That is a good score. Most people have IQ scores around the 120s.

I really wouldn't rely on an on-line IQ test for an accurate analysis. Try going to a local university and see if they have any psychology students that are testing people. 124 is good though.

It's not mensa material, however, it indicates that you are very bright. The average is 100-117. Congrats, you're smarter than the 'average' bear! (Winnie the Pooh).
