thats right DCA could be a miracle cure for certain types of deadly cancer but you and I can't get it. For one thing it can't be patented so no drug company wants to manufacture it.
The government won't let even terminal patients have it and it still has about 2 yrs of clinical trials. Why can't the government consider these terminally ill people as the clinical trials?

If I had cancer, I`ve got to tell you, I`m not waiting the two years for the human trial. If this has killed these things, lung, and breast, and, what was the other, brain cancer, if it`s killed these things in test tubes and in lab rats, what`s going to stop somebody who has nothing left to lose from going and finding some of this stuff and taking it? Well, since DCA has no patent, that means it can be made generically from day one. No exclusivity equals no value. You know, I heard that today, and I thought, you know, once in a while, maybe capitalism needs to be reminded of the value of human life.

That erectile dysfunction was already approved after clinical trials and used by healthy people with this new drug the patients are terminal and there would be no one to sue

Gosh, what's their problem? We want the treatment!
There is a girl from my school who was supposed to go to Texas for some experimental procedure to treat her cancer, but there were so many technicalities and stipulations that she died before they could get there. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees a problem here. We need access to the cure before one more innocent person dies because of the government's ignorance.

Seeing that Merke[spelling?] got sued for a drug that caused heart problems in a handful of people, you need to ask that question? The drug was for erectile disfunction and it caused heart attacks in a few people so they took it off the market after massive class action lawsuits.

The drug you are speaking of has not been approved to be safe,if there are side effects of this drug,it will make for lawsuits and people trying to sue the govt.Thats the point I am making.

I'd rather appreciate it if the government could introduce a medication to hasten the process of the imminent end!
