I have 2 admissions for my PhD studies with full financial aid from USA and Canada, I want to know if I accept the two of them, what would happen?! if one of them finds out that I have told the other one that I would go there too?!! because I want to go to Canada in case I got rejected in US VISA interview.

Thanks

They would have to clone you.

If either school found out that you were doing this, then you would definitely lose both fellowships. And probably no other school in the US or Canada would allow you to enter.

You have to be ethical about your behavior. To be truthful, it is embarassing to think that the universities have made an offer to someone who would even CONSIDER doing this.

Make up your mind and act in an honest way.

The USA visa interview wouldn't reject you unless they thought you were a communist, terrorist, other criminal or that you otherwise weren't really interested in studying.

If you allow the money from both to get into your bank account, then you'll get in trouble. But you can accept both offers and cancel the Canadian one when you find out you have the VISA.

Don't let them both pay you though. That will bring trouble.

It happens all the time. It isn't nice tho, since they will have to say no to somebody else and when you finally do say no, they will end up havingto give it to someone who doesn't have the best qualifications. I don't think they could find out since they are two different countries.
