You're in the Boston question department. Are you looking for the outlet shopping center in New York? If you are, it's at Exit 16 off the New York State Thruway, about an hour from NYC. Excellent shopping, good variety, but I would still head to Jersey first- no sales tax on clothing! If you're spending a good amount of money, this could really add up!
