How did you get a visa to go to Glasgow, and why bother ?
Are you obssesed about poor run-down places.

I have been to Russia on hols, and was depressed by the environs. Lovely architecture, but a poor state of affairs generally.

Same with such areas as Coatbridge.

Never again shall I visit forlorn parts, mon ami !

I would rather spend time in Her Majesty's service than return to Leicester, Croydon & various others.

Pick somewhere more cheerful, unless you have family there of course - please.

Bob.

Use a visa agent. DJB Passports & Visa's near Liverpool St Station in London specialise in Russia and former Soviet Republics. Download the application form from their website and follow the instructions. They charge a fee, but its much cheaper than visiting London yourself.

Hi Ken,
I live and work in Russia mate and the best way to get a visa is to use an agency. The Thames consular on the line below will be able to give help and advice. They're a bit expensive but it will save you having to travel to London a couple of times.
If I can be of any help mail me.
