How do u watch videos and listen to music on Utorrent?

I downloaded a couple of things onto it, but i can't figure out how to watch and/or listen to them.

left click on the downloaded file once, look towards the bottom of the screen.. there should be 6 tabs (General, Peers, Pieces, Files, Speed and Logger). Go to the files tab and double click the file there, will open it automatically

At the moment there are no files there but its easy to see where im coming from
