i heard that it deletes everything but it get all my memory back and make everything just like how i bought it. im thinking of doing this

Uhhhh, no.
If you format your hard drive you will wipe everything off of it and have to start from square 1.
Square 1 is, install new OS and go from there.

OS - Operating System

Windows XP is an example of an operating system. They are installed on part of a Hard Drive. The OS allows you to then use all the hardware installed in your computer. If you format that hard drive, it wipes clean everything on it, including the OS, which means you have no way of controlling or doing anything with your computer and its components until you install the OS again. When you bought your computer, the manufacturer will have installed the OS, and all the extra software needed to run the components, so the formatting idea will just cause you a lot of grief.

You will have to re-install everything (Your OS and programs). Be sure to back up your data first.

you will wipe everything from your system and will have to reinstall windows. the best thing to do is repair the os.

yes, it delete everything and returns to the state when you bought it. why dont you backup the data and then format it.
