I hate them and the fact that society has placed such a high value on them while teaching and other noble professions are unrecognized, underappreciated, and under compensated.

I h8 most celebs with a passion that is so strong you wouldn't believe it but some r nice and they recognise that they are just as good as others except their rich. They help out the community and aren't worried about their looks 24/7 and examples of these people include Ant and Dec and Peter Kay.To give you an example of how sad this is I had to wrack my brain to think of just 3 celebs that are kind to others!!!

No. I never purposefully seek out celebrity info that would otherwise be none of my business. But I do know more about celebs than I care about just because it's thrown in our faces everywhere we look - even on supposed real "news" channels.
I have been paying attention to the Anna Nicole thing, but that's mainly because I work in the legal field, so it's rather interesting to me in that respect.

I'm not someone that has to/does know every single thing about a celebrity, and I don't chase after them or anything. They need their space too. Though, I do like to know whats going on with them every once in a while, and when they are all over the news its hard not to see them and what they are doing. So no, I'm not obsessed with celebrities, but I do know what's going on with them.

at the starting up, Celebrities are of OUR making, they're human beings the picture of us, no diverse, they in simple terms make a heck of truly some money for extremely little genuine artwork, which transformations public idea of them, (unrealistically). i imagine human beings envy their position a lot they idolize them and sense they're to be dealt with in a special way than some thing of the inhabitants. it type of feels to be a type of worship, the position they could do no incorrect in some peoples eyes. To sum all of it up, i imagine even the Queen of england has for instance on the lavatory fan after taking a unload, or in simple terms per chance, there's a Royal fan turner-on-er? LOL

I second pippin's answer - society has become a little bit trashy and i think it's because it is no longer fashionable to have sporting, adventurous, artisitc or intellectual heroes - all we are given to read about in the media is blah-blah-bling-bling-shag-drag handbag-gladrag boobs-sag shaved-hag twaddle that is intended to subjugate the masses. Meantime the politicians get on with whatever machinations they are involved in while we scrutinise the papers for more fodder for our porcine appetites.

I am. I visit IMDB.com atleast twice a day.
I don't stalk them, write to them, or preach it to anyone.
But I LOVE celebrities (there are some I hate and can't figure out how they got so lucky), but yes, I am a groupie.
Celebrity competition shows... I'm there.
And by the way, I do have a life.

I am not a celeb watcher, although I do enjoy hearing about the odd and stupid things some celebs get up to from time to time.
