Stern has physical custody of the child, he is on the birth certificate, and he is the legal father until a court rules otherwise based on DNA paternity testing.
Milstein (sp?) is the court-appointed guardian ad litem. This means basically he is the baby's attorney, appointed to represent and protect her interest alone. He is not a guardian in the physical sense.

He is not related to Anna Nicole Smith, he is a lawyer who was appointed as guardian by the court.

Not related to her, just a lawyer appointed by the judge to represent the baby Daniellyn. Custody of the body goes to Daniellynn.

he;s a court appointed guardian..he wont have no power once they get to the Bahamas,,the way things are going i wonder if Howard jerk stern will ever have the baby do a DNA to find out who is the child s real father,,,,,
