really you should change them and wash them every day come on you would be very embarrassed if your girlfriend asks you when the last you washed your jocks or even worse what if your mother asks. oh the shame you should take more care about your self.

it depends on if you like your nether regions smelling of sweat! the jock could get crusty and then rub sores into you, how attractive would that look when you strip off for your partner!
wash them every time you wear them.
