statement (a) is false.
statement (b) is true
statement (c) is yes
statement (d) is true

entropy is the tendency for maximum disordersness,
and entropy increases in moving from solid to gases because disorderness or randomness increases on moving from solid to gases as the molecules is solid are tightly packed, they dont have freedom to move. but in case of liquid the molecules are loosely packed so they have some freedom to move but if you talk about gases the molecules are far away from each other so there will be maximum randomness and hence it will have maximum entropy. and the entropy of the universe is not constant it also increases.
