You really need to relax. It is a whole field of study, but your problem is rooted in anxiety. Learn yoga. The next time you are with a woman, take your time. Don't get so worked up. Best thing I know about is daily masturbation to reduce urgency. Guess you're having a problem. How quick is "premature"? Most of the guys talking about "lasting for hours" are not truthful. They are just trying to impress themselves and other Yahoo people.
