i saw this film years ago and cant remeber what it was called scared me quite a bit though! the headbrace somehow lets him understand what the dogs are saying and the dogs start to chant metal mouth at him and in the end they attack and kill him

hey that wasn't a film, it was an episode of a t.v. show called "eerie, indiana" which i believe was on nickolodeon like 10 - 15 yrs ago. you can find it on amazon and probably netflix. i think the episode was called "the retainer."
