Films are visual mediums, so to decide which quote is best has to been taken in context with the action.
Favourite quote, which gets me every time is
"Daddy, my Daddy"
You might think that's not much of a quote but, if you have seen the film THE RAILWAY CHILDREN, it is instantly recognisable and you can almost feel the tears coming to your eyes when you think of that scene

from Schindlers list:

"This pin. Two people. This is gold. Two more people. He would have given me two for it, at least one. One more person. A person, Stern. For this.

I could have gotten one more person... and I didn't! And I... I didn't"

For TV it has to be The Royle family when Jim says 'I'm not fiddling with meself! I paid a quid for these underpants and I've got 50 pence worth stuck up me a***.'
For Film, Toy story,"To infinity and beyond!" The amount of times I heard that when my son was small was unbelievable!

its from pulp fiction and is a quote from the bible eziekel 25:17 and it is said by samuel l jackson:
Jules: The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children.

And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
