You really want more ram. If win98, get 512mb total. If winxp you seriously need 1gb total minimum. Check for viruses and spyware, defrag hd, remove programs you don't use.

From what I can tell, and I'm not positive about this, but this card requires an 8x AGP card and probably doesn't know what to do in the 4x slot you have.

This must be a really old card because I can't find hardly anything on it.
