No one is born anyway. You're not born straight, lesbians are not born lesbian, gays are not born gay, and bis are not born bi.
It's what your parents, your friends, the media, and everyone else thinks is the right way of society. All these misconseptions of "oh I'm born a genius" and I'm born this way and that, are all false. Unless you're a child with messed up chromosomes, you're born the same way as another person.
And a few things of religion...
-Can you prove that there is a god? No you can't. So don't think god is an end all be all. You believe in god, therefore you follow what you believe, and you don't tell other people to follow what they believe. I mean, why don't we tell all Buddists to turn western? They don't believe in the same god as we do.
-Religion also says that it is a sin to hate another man for what his decisions are. That man may just call for forgiveness, which is established in the bible.
And what makes you think christian is so balanced? What makes you think this country doesn't allow gays? It says in the Constitution, "man has the freedom of religion", well what if there's a religion that allows gays? What if there is. And there is such religion, it's called Athiest. Athiest is a religion, too, so don't bable on about how it's not, because it is a belief that there is no god.
So I got a suggestion for you. **** off, and don't tell people what to do. Do what you're supposed to do, and allow what people want to do. Life is not your decision, and it never will be.

I understand what you are thinking, it has been brought up before. I am a Christian, and I think it VERY likely that people are born that way. Sin manifests in many ways before birth, remember the man who was born blind?
I know that many Gays would take what I say as an insult, but I am trying to understand the world around me just like anyone else. I am myself Bisexual, and I didn't try to be, it's just how I came out. Though in my case there was abuse done to me.
But some babies are born dead, some have Cistic Fiberosis, some have other things wrong with them. So I think that it is more than likely that Gays CAN be born that way. It's for those that are being chosen out of the world to be able not to have to look very far to know they are not perfect, and even become closer to God through their recognition that they need him to escape the hopeless reality of sin. At least, that's what it does for me.
Are you by what you are saying, so perfect that you think that Gays are worse sinners than you? Perhaps by my sin, I can trust God more than you! Because I put myself above no one. I am not worthy to untie the thong on his sandles, are you worthy to do it because you are not Gay? / :

OK, ok lets get something straight here. Apart from everything else you said, which I am going to tackle in a while, can you please tell why a person living in 2007 still uses Adam and Eve as an example? You really believe that 7.000.000.000 come from two people? So what, their children had sex with each other? isnt that incest?
To the point now:
1) Think for yourself. I assume that you are a straight female. WAS THERE A POINT IN YOUR LIFE WHERE YOU DECIDED TO LIKE GUYS? WAS THERE AN ACTUAL CONSCIOUS DECISION YOU MADE?
2)Even if we are not born this way, we definitely dont choose to be gay. Period. Even if it happens while we grow up, it is something physical and subconscious.
3) I dont believe in God, many others dont believe in god, many many others dont believe in the way YOU believe, as far as I am concerned religion cannot tell whats wrong and right in a nation (social sciences do), so whatever you say is personal and not general and definitely not a fact.
P.S.
Even my 80 years old grandmother who lives for church, is a fundamental to the bone, says that Adam and Eve is just an example and a tale made from Jesus just to make us understand.
Get a life and get educated, PLEASE. GOD IS DEAD

Yes God made Adam - and it was because one of Adam's ribs was transgender that Adam was all so lonely and God, out of Love, took that transgender rib and made Eve.
They were happy for a while in bliss that was the Garden of Eden and then Eve succumbed to the honey words of Satan and bade Adam should eat of the fruit from the forbidden tree.
At that point humanity ceased to be perfect. After all, Adam lived for over 900 years but with imperfection growing within from generation to generation, what is the average life expectancy where you live?
We are not all Creationists in this category. We're not all of us religous adherents to the Christian faith. Some of us are Atheists.
Nothing I can write will alter your beliefs about homosexuality (or bisexuality). So that I answer yes, gays are naturally born and not nurtured into being gay - will not change your beliefs one little bit.
But then your spraffing on, about an allegorical tale eventually written down thousands of years ago, is not going to change my views, either.

Okay so now you are completely making a mockery of the book that you critical religious people always hold on high.....Do you really think that God literally meant that he made man in his image?? So god is up there with body hair, a penis, an ***.......what does he do with all these things. I'm so sick of morons picking and choosing parts of the bible that apply to their stupid ignorance.
Why would anyone choose to be something that is so hated?? You can find someone in all cultures that hates gays and lesbians...we are the last group that it is still okay to make fun of and treat like 2nd class citizens. I'm very proud to be who I am, but if this was a "choice" and a "free will decision" then I wouldnt have made the choice that pisses everyone off and doesnt allow me to hold my boyfriends hand in certain areas because the risk of getting the crap beaten out of me.
The fact that Adam sinned does not take away the fact that God also commanded in the Bible to love everyone, even your enemies and treat them with respect. You are being rediculously judgmental and that is something that should only be left up to your God.

Where you born st8 or is it a choice, and if its a choice does that mean you once had the chance to be gay..I have answer this question time and time again but to the end result to be the same, regardless of what you think yes we are born gay!! You talk about God like you have spoken to him your ideas are base on a book that MAN made!! In the Ten Commandments has nothing to state your idea, after all isn't God the one that wrote those Commandments with his own hand...

Yes, I do and I resent the fact that people use religion to claim there's something wrong with homosexuality. It may not be YOUR choice and you don't have to agree with it. You obviously fear it because you don't understand it and are too close-minded to accept it or simply leave it be.
If it's such a free will decision and "God" didn't create it, why does it exist throughout nature and not just in humans? Have you read the news in the last few years? There are penguins, swans, bees, and other animals that choose a mate of the same sex. Are they using their free will too? I think not. You are attracted to the opposite sex because you are wired that way. Homosexuals are attracted to the same sex for the same reason. As someone as "religious" as you, you shouldn't be judging others. That's supposed to be God's job. BTW, God is both male and female. THAT'S His image and He's not some uptight, righteous bigot.

First, you're basing a large part of your prejudice on religious beliefs, which aren't shared by everybody. For those of us who know that there is no god, the argument that god did something a certain way doesn't work. Most of your argument has been knocked out already.
Second, when you were a teenager you were attracted to boys, right? You didn't choose it, did you? Were you attracted to both sexes and then decide to only be attracted to the opposite sex? Well, if you're gay, you're attracted to the same sex. It's not a choice if you're gay (although it is if you're bisexual). It's as simple as that. When the hormones hit, straights start noticing and wanting those of the opposite sex while gays do the same with the same sex. They can't control it.
Besides, why would anyone choose to be harassed, threatened, and discriminated against?

Yes God created man in his own image. Have you ever stopped for a moment to wonder why there is no mention of a Mrs. God? Because God is both masculine and feminine....both Father and Mother. Have you ever thought to consider that gay people are both masculine and feminine? Bet you never thought of that.
How do YOU know that God did not "make gay people that way?" Do you know ever last mystery of God. I think not.
If I were you, I would focus my attention on more important matters: feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, clothing the naked. Didn't CHRIST talk about that? I don't remember him saying "criticize everyone you don't agree with."

You have to admire modern day religious judgement. My religion says youre wrong so you are living life wrong. The simple fact is that gay people are largely born that way and it is only a matter of choice to act on that instinct. Which of course is not the "easy" route to go because of bigots that think the way that you do... that it is inherently wrong because of a fictional book supposedly written by a fictional character. Logic has essentially disproved the perfect god idea.
