I believe if she had wanted to be buried in Texas she would have buried her son in Texas. I wonder if she bought more than one plot when she purchased Daniel's. Seems I remember hearing something about that but I don't remember.

When someone buries a love one I think their full intent is to be buried next to them.

Anyway, regardless lets get the poor girl buried.

I think the outcome was good but I think the judge took way too long to come to the decision.
Anna wanted to be buried in the Bahamas with her son...that's it. Why her crazy birth Mom wants to bury her in Texas is just selfish..what a dumb dumb woman.

I think the judge just wasted time to prejudice the state of Ana Nicole Smith's body, in the case of a possible future request of another autopsy. He (judge) acted very suspicious to me, making a deal with Howard K. Stern of not allowing speculations of him being responsible for her death and insisting to state the cause of her death was drugs, which was already ruled out as the cause of her death.The most important thing, is to find the cause of her death than release the body. I think she suppose to be buried in California, because there is the place she chose to live, therefore, I assume, it must be the place she likes and considers to be her real home, and her son be taken with her. She only buried Daniel in Bahamas, because he dies there and because Howard Stern makeup her mind. It must be a reason for him to want Daniel to be buried there...maybe the law there easier for him to manipulate.

That judge was a real cartoon jackass, She should be buried next to her son, who wouldn't want to be. But the judge needs to be stripped of his robe. All the crying he was doing, he is trying to get his own tv show.

I think the court should follow ANNA NICOLE'S WISHES...no one elses.
The more I see her mom, the more I see she's a fruitcake. If Anna Nicole was really gold-digging, I can see genetically who she got it from.

I think it's obvious, she bought a plot of land to bury her son who was her life...she should be buried next to him...it's kind of obvious that's what she wants....
