My two sisters share a computer and each have their own iPod but don't want to share the library because they're totally different. I remember being told at an Apple store that there was a way to open a second library...anyone know how?

You can have multiple libraries in iTunes 7. To create a new library hold down the option key when you open iTunes and you should get the option to create a new library. To switch in between the two libraries you open iTunes the same way but click on "choose library" instead otherwise iTunes will open the last library you used.

Hope this helps.

in case you have 2 money owed on your Mac then use your iPod/music on your account and bro can artwork his music/iPod on his account. Thats what my sister and that i do, even nevertheless she needs the music I even have maximum the time. or you may desire to sign in for 2 thoroughly distinctive iTunes money owed, yet i think of you will could desire to have 2 credit taking part in cards....

add another user to the computer. my wife and i have separate log ins for our own personal windows settings, and we have separate itunes. You'll just have to start from scratch on the second itunes library since you cant share songs.

not easily. That falls in the category of a desirable feature. The IPOD doesn't include desirable features, you have to pay extra for those.
