Many men in his family have been served in the military in wars throughout the centuries. Although, I don't think he'll see action as Blair is pulling the troops out by next year. Is he up for the task, England has some of the best soldiers in the world. Far better than the US Army. He's a trained soldier and commander. I have no doubt he's up for the task.
Doesn't he already have a peacekeeping tour under his belt?

Why do you come across it no longer likely? Or are you in simple terms somebody who knows no longer something approximately history? As Andrew served in the Falklands conflict (He replaced into almost shot down on extra beneficial than one occasion) as a Helicopter Pilot, I see no clarification why, if Prince Harry's unit flow out to Iraq or Afghanistan, he could be stopped from going! the reality he's a Prince of the area won't make a distinction. different Royals have performed their accountability in different conflicts Prince Phillip, Prince Micheal, Lord Mountbatten etc, The Queen joined the ladies's Auxiliary Territorial provider and the Queens mothers and dads refused to depart London in the time of the blitz, the single clarification why The Queen Mum replaced into so respected! i'm specific Harry will shop on the relatives custom!

I'm sure they'll have a whole platoon of soldiers assigned to guard Prince Harry so he doesn't get hurt while he's in Iraq! No way will the British Army let the man who's 3rd in line to the Throne come home in a bodybag!

I don't think he'll be on the front lines like they say. He might get sent to iraq, but being a prince and all he'll get special treatment. But I do admire the fact that he'll go out of his plus palace to fight in a war, if nothing else it will raise the moral of the troops.

Sure. He passed the training same as everyone else. The problem is that he is likely to be an enemy target, so his presence makes things a lot more dangerous for those serving with him.

Yes I do and I have nothing but respect for him for entering the military and serving his country in Iraq. Much respect for that man.
